At Zuri Frame, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we are here to help with a clear and fair return and refund process.

Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.

Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or are missing parts not due to our error may not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or product-specific reasons. Any such exclusions will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] within the 7-day return window. Include your order details, reason for return, and any supporting images if applicable. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Customers are required to ship the item back within 5 days after receiving return approval.

Inspection and Approval
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected within 3–5 business days. If the return meets our eligibility criteria, your refund will be approved.

Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection. Since we operate on a cash on delivery basis, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method. You may be required to provide accurate payment details to facilitate the refund.

Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable. Customers may also be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected] with clear images of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Late or Missing Refunds
